PERSONAL INFORMATION GATHERING
The Anti-Money Laundering Association will not collect personal information (i.e., information that could be used to identify you personally, such as your date of birth or social security number) from you unless you choose to provide such information.
E-MAIL AND WEB FORMS
If you choose to provide AMLA with personal information through either e-mail or a web form, we will only use that information to respond to your request. We will not forward your personal information. AMLA will provide members with the use of Pay Pal for membership fee purposes. Pay Pal collects your customer information directly and AMLA will not maintain any personal or confidential information.
WEBSITE SECURITY
For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, we follow standard procedures to monitor network traffic and content, to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information that may cause damage. Unauthorized attempts are strictly prohibited and may be punishable by law, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.
